Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
It must be in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your bank – there is often a delay in posting refunds.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. A gift certificate will then be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
